I recently purchased a RX350 Premium from Lexus of Towson. I actually live in Delaware. I did a lot of shopping to decide which car I was going to buy. There were very specific reasons why I was trading in my car and I had to check out each model at each dealership to find the vehicle that would meet my needs. It didn't matter so much which type of car I purchased - Honda, Toyota, Nissan, etc., - what mattered was that the specifications had to be met. William Stewart at Lexus of Towson was extremely patient, informative, and helpful. I purchased the Lexus from the Baltimore dealership versus any other car dealership in Delaware because of William. Len Stoler should be thrilled to have him on his staff. Also, going through the paperwork with Ziana was a breeze. She was extremely knowledgeable and very efficient. She made it all seem easy. Len Stoler made my car buying process the easiest I have ever done with any car place. If you buy a car from here, please work with Phyllis. I didn’t have to lift a finger with finding what car I wanted that was affordable and in good condition. She found exactly what would beat suit me and my budget. Overall good experience would recommend Dana for your next vehicle, no pressure sells and really easy to get along with. Dana the salesman was very nice! Not too pushy and we had a very warm welcome from the whole staff. They even stayed late on a Saturday for us to finish the paperwork. Marina in finance was so helpful and kind. Also the prices were great compared to some other local areas.

I have been coming to this particular lexus for 4 years and I will not be coming back. First of all it is extremely hard to talk to a human or my representative never answers the phone or returns my call. Today in particular, my tire keeps going flat. I went to NTB because I could not reach anyone at Lexus. The NTB said these tires are very new and you probably have a warranty, I said I do. He said call your dealer to make sure it will not mess you up if you get it fixed here. My husband called and spoke with Matthew, he said it was okay to have it plugged, my husband asked for that in writing. Then he said why didnt I bring it to lexus and my husband said bc no one answers the phone. Matthew said that we could bring the car. We are on the same street as the Lexus, I get there 12 minutes later. Ask for Matthew and they say he is at lunch. I ask for someone else and they said they are not seeing anyone else. After waiting 30 minutes I decided to leave because they said Matthew is still at lunch and dont know when he is coming back. I expect far more professionalism, communication, and basic customer support from Lexus personel.

Asked a service person to do me a favor and share records of a car that was serviced at that location, but when he heard that I did not live in the state he just hung up on me. I get that maybe I will not be a revenue driver for them, but I expect more from a 'luxury' car dealership. Thanks for nothing

First car sold and then available. Call for final paper work same day…only to be told same car sold again. Can’t add a photo of a phantom car that keeps selling, yet we can’t get the opportunity. Ever hear of “On Hold?”
