First of all it is extremely hard to talk to a human or my representative never answers the phone or returns my call. Today in particular, my tire keeps going flat. I went to NTB because I could not reach anyone at Lexus. The NTB said these tires are very new and you probably have a warranty, I said I do. He said call your dealer to make sure it will not mess you up if you get it fixed here. My husband called and spoke with Matthew, he said it was okay to have it plugged, my husband asked for that in writing. Then he said why didnt I bring it to lexus and my husband said bc no one answers the phone. Matthew said that we could bring the car. We are on the same street as the Lexus, I get there 12 minutes later. Ask for Matthew and they say he is at lunch. I ask for someone else and they said they are not seeing anyone else. After waiting 30 minutes I decided to leave because they said Matthew is still at lunch and dont know when he is coming back.
