“ I contacted this dealership specifically to purchase a certified pre-owned Lexus for my 81-year-old mother, who is currently battling blood cancer. Given her health, I am handling this search for her, and it has been a weeks-long process to find a vehicle with her specific required options. I spoke with a salesperson named Luke, who promised to send a video of the paint, wheels, and interior condition. I explicitly shared with him that I had recently lost out on another vehicle due to poor communication from a different dealer. Luke assured me he would call me back after finishing with a client in front of him. He never called, and he never sent the video. Instead, I received a cold text the following afternoon stating the car had sold the night before. When I called to discuss this with the sales manager, he was incredibly dismissive, stating he "didn't understand what the problem was." I asked how to contact the owner of the dealership to which he replied, I could not. It is clear this dealership lacks basic empathy and professional follow-through. If you value communication and reliable service, look elsewhere. ”
“ Furious with Len Stoler Lexus 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 (And no, I will not “calm down” either!) I was driving behind a Lexus driving slowly with its hazards on, on a winding road with very sharp curves. I figured something was up. When we went around a sharp, nearly blind curve, the drivers side front right tire came completely off of the Lexus. The Lexus wheel scraped onto the pavement and the tire rolled across the road in front of an oncoming SUV. I pulled over to help the driver, as did the the gentleman behind me and the woman coming the other way, in front of whose car the tire rolled. Short version: The car was brand new to this woman. She was traveling with two kids. Miraculously, she chose to drive the back road at the last minute so the kids might see some of the horses that live along that road. If she had taken 695 as planned, they, (and/or someone else) might well be dead right now. There was not a single lug nut to be found. ** Not ** One ** Lexus sent this woman out in a car that either had no lug nuts on the front tire, or had them in so loosely that they had fallen off. — AS IF THAT WEREN’T BAD ENOUGH — She contacted Lexus via the panic button. (I was with her the whole time and heard every call myself.) When she explained that she was not, in fact, in a safe place, (people routinely whip around this blind curve well over the speed limit,) they said to call 911. She called 911. While waiting for police who seemed to be taking forever, she called the Lexus dealership back, looking for roadside assistance. Lexus explained to her that they don’t have tow trucks. They then went into all the reasons he felt Lexus was not at fault, and the lady appropriately asserted herself trying to get the man to focus on the priority of getting them to safety, and the car to the dealership. Lexus dude had the nerve to tell her to “calm down.” First of all, she was PLENTY calm. He just wasn’t happy with what she was saying. Secondly, how calm would HE have been if somebody’s negligence had just almost killed HIM and two children?!?? And again, SHE was calm. He was powertripping. (Against a woman he nearly killed.) Second call to Lexus, freezing cold outside, they AGAIN went deep into why she shouldn’t sue them and how they weren’t at fault. Len Stoler Lexus! DUDE! There is a woman with two kids on the side of the road on a dangerous blind curve with a treacherous ice storm expected within the hour. P R I O R I T I E S!!! After almost two hours, police came. The police summoned a tow truck that got there in less than 10 minutes, about 4 minutes before the sky started spitting ice. Lexus - You are criminally negligent, and I hope she pursues justice so that you will be MUCH more careful with people’s lives in the future. You are also morally bankrupt. I hope that you are put on blast everywhere imaginable for your utter lack of concern or assistance in keeping this family safe in the immediate aftermath of your negligence. We have pictures. She has three witnesses. You ARE the problem. ”
